Mr. and Mrs. George B. Miller have returned from a six weeks' motor trip to Arizona. Mr. Miller reports the stock industry there is in the worst condition within his knowledge. He has been a keen observer of the cattle industry for over thirty years, and claims that it will require ten years for the cattlemen to overcome their debts and believes many will never be able to liquidate their indebtedness. While conditions are very bad, Miller states that there is considerable improvement over those of a few months ago in Arizona.
BUENA PARK NOTES
Members of the Buena Park Parent-Teacher association enjoyed one of the best meetings o recent months Tuesday evening when the guest of honor and principal speaker was Dr. Harriet Bigham who spoke of her experiences on a recent trip through Europe. Many interesting and unusual facts were given, which furnished food for thought for the P-T. A. members.
William Faug of the Fullerton Union High School spoke briefly on the use of good English as a part of the "Good English Week" movement, and Florence Warren entertained with a solo Miss Faulkners' room was awarded the picture for the next month.

We will carry in stock only cars that have been rebuilt in our Los Angeles plant and that present a practically new appearance. Only late models, mostly light cars, will be carried. No old cars or "trade ins" will be sold here. "Trade ins" will be sent to our Los Angeles plant for rebuilding if worth rebuilding; otherwise they will be junked. We shall at all times carry as high grade but low priced a stock of cars as can be found in any salesrooms in Southern California. ORANGE GROVES
Later on when crop is colored groves will show twice the crop and prices for groves will advance. It has been so every year. Many groves will then be taken off the market. Others will be higher. Let us show you some regular paying groves. Will show packing-house records. We won't let you buy a bad grove.
The finest and the best 20.4 acre orange grove that stands on "God's" footstool. The foregoing is rather a broad statement, but when I can produce figures which will show its financial power it must of necessity mean that I can show you something worthy of consideration. If you are a citrus man the big trees, so radiant in health, thrifty in appearance, with an exceptionally heavy setting for next bearing, will impress you. ing is rather when I can will show its necessity you some generation. If the big trees, frifty in exceptionallyearing, will much of soil is Orange county.. I have personally inspected this grove, and have failed to find a weak feature attached to this splendid acreage. This grove will show an earning power of over $1000 an acre for this year. Then there is its wonderful location to be considered, only three blocks from the new postoffice near the new city park, a block and a half from the Park View tract, with the church on one street and the High School on the other, with a front-age on three streets. Just think what this will mean in a very short time. Can't you as a business man see the subdivision possibilities connected with this. The only reason this opportunity is offered is due to the fact that one of the owners is desirous of returning East. You can purchase this wonderful grove at a very reasonable price. Just fumigated.
5 acres of 5-year-old Valencias that would do your heart good to see. The trees have an exceptionally heavy setting for next year, with every indication of sizing up well. Soil conditions fine. This grove is all piped. There is a nice home, all modern, with garage, which makes this proposition exceptionally attractive. We doubt if there is another 5 acres which can compare with this. Anyone purchasing this beautiful grove will feel greatly satisfied, especially when the fruit colors up. Better look into this before it is too late.
