Report of an accident was made today at the Sheriff office, by Jack Lenhart, 1147 Ninta street, San Diego. The accident occurred, he said, at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon, south of Capistrano, when his car collided with a car driven by D. A. Nato, also of San Diego. The accident, he said, was due to the slippery road. The tire rack and rear bumper was smashed on the car owned by Lenhart.

Dr. Walter Bigham and Mrs. Bigham are leaving Thursday by way of New Orleans, Washington, New York; Boston and Montreal and then over to London.
They will tour Europe and enjoy three months there. This is the first time they have been able to take such a trip since they began practice in Anaheim.
ALLEGED GAMBLERS DECLARE INNOCENT
Santa Reyes, Vicente Cerda, E. Luarte and Albert Solario appeared in court this afternoon and pleaded not guilty to a charge of gambling.
The four were arrested at Talbert by Officers-Zabel and French. They were found in the rear of a pool hall owned by Salario, and four decks of cards, 85 poker chips, and $9 in money was confiscated as evidence.
The four protested that they were not gambling. All denied definite ownership of the money, and said they were making a collection for a party to be held at the beach in the near future. They were unable to account for the presence of the cards and poker chips.
Bail was set at $200, and the trial was scheduled to be held June 28. No money being in the crowd they will spend from now until the date set for their trial in the county jail.
Meantime her grief stricken her band was making such efforts as could to obtain some trace of the missing wife, but at last he had begun to give up hope of ever finding her.
Last Sunday afternoon came a chance of escape. Morales how wandered away, down the canyon road. Morales, believing his captive was thoroughly cowed—so she asserts ordered Mrs. Aniha to go out and find the animal. She made her way through the underbrush to the high way and set out in search of the horse.
Luck was with her, for a few minutes later a Santa Ana-Riverside borough speeding down the road. The frantic woman flagged the vehicle and climbed aboard. She road in Orange and told her story to the thorities there.
Morales was ordered arrested yesterday was fined $15 for his alleged mistreatment of Mrs. Aniha. Why $15 is fixed is not known her.
Yesterday she was brought to Riverside by Deputy Constable Holts Orange county. After a happy reunion with her husband she laid her care before District Attorney Kelley and demanded that further action be taken against Morales.
Attorney Kelley announced that thorough investigation will be made and said that if the statement of Mr. Aniha is substantiated every effort will be made to see that Morales given the heaviest punishment allowable under the law.
According to Mrs. Aniha, Morale told her that he had taken four other women, just as he took her and kept them prisoners for months.
