PAGE FOUR Society CARRIE LOU EVANS, Editor Telephone 540 COMMUNITY CLUB MET YESTERDAY The Community Club of West Anaheim met yesterday afternoon at the home of Mrs. George Trapp, with Mrs. Trapp and Mrs. William Ablanap as hostesses. A short business meeting was held when one new member was received. Miss Margaret Tadlock delighted the guests with a recitation, Mrs. Ablanap gave a reading, and parliamentary drill by the president and music, was enjoyed. The decorations were in pink, green and white using heather. Dorothy Perkins roses, white syringa and Shasta dasles. Those present were Mesdames Morgan Jones, Luther, Sels, La Rue, Charles Peters, Cutter, Renee, Dugan of Long Beach, Patterson, Hammond, Treffren, Jaans, Jerry Cole, Chandler, Tadlock, Lough, L. B. Couts, Draper, Grey, Mary Beal, C. E. Leiper, Smith. The next meeting will be held at the home of Mrs. Crotz of Huntington Park. ELITE SOCIETY GUESTS YESTERDAY Mrs. Rerdinand Heyling of the Loate road entertained the Elite club yesterday afternoon. Cards was the diversion and Mrs. C. D. Harrison scored high, Mrs. H. Stock second, and Mrs. John Kellenberger third. Following cards refreshments were served. The service was carried out in rainbow shades to correspond with the garden flowers used in decorations. Those present were Mesdames Danielman, L. Kroeger, L. D. Witherall, F. Eden, H. Stock, R. B. Herman, Max Neblung, John Kellenberger, A. Ericksen, H. F. Schneider, C. D. Harrison, H. Hexing, Al Heyling, H. Schindler and Minnie Palmer. LIBERTY COURT ENJOYS MEETING The Liberty Court of the Amaranth met last night in the Masonic temple. After a short business meeting the members and friends adjourned to the parlors and dance hall where cards and dancing were enjoyed. During the evening refreshments were served by the committee in charge composed of Mesdames Clay Kellogg of Santa Ana, Phillip McKee, Mr. D. Jessurun. MRS BONKOSKY HOSTESS YESTERDAY Mrs. William Bonkosky assisted by Miss Frieda Janas entertained yesterday afternoon at an informal party. TEA IN HONOR OF MISS LOLY Mrs. G. R. STOR TEA IN HONOR OF MISS LOLY Mrs. G. R. Messias and Mrs. Victor Loly were hostesses at a tea given this week in honor of Miss Kathleen Loly who will leave soon for Mexico to spend the summer.
