NEW YORK, May 26—a report made public yesterday by the National Industrial Conference Board shows that the total cost of living has fallen 17.5 per cent since July, 1920, but in March, 1921, was 68.7 per cent higher than in July, 1915. Costs of clothing are shown to have decreased and rent and cost of fuel and light to have increased since last year. This analysis of changes in the cost of living in the United States is based upon material gathered from a large number of representative retail dealers in clothing, furnishings and fuel, and from persons representing interests in many sections of the country in connection with rents and car fares. The total increase in the cost of living since the beginning of the war, the investigation shows, was 68.7 per cent in March. United States is based gathered from a large representative retail deal furnishings and fuel, representing intersections of the country with rents and car fares. Increase in the cost of the budget of warehouses shows, was 68.7 per cent; shelter 71 per cent; fuel 74 per cent; sundries 85 per cent; shelter 71 per cent; fuel 74 per cent; sundries 85 per cent that the peak was 1920. Since then the living has decreased 16.5 per cent; shelter has increased 29 per cent; while shelter has increased 13 per cent having taken place in driies. All objections shall be in writing and filed with the city clerk of the city of Anaheim at his office in the city of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California. Reference is hereby made to said resolution above referred to which was adopted by the board of trustees of the city of Anaheim, on the 27th day of January, 1921, and to the report and plat of said commissioners, all of which are on file in the office of the city clerk of the city of Anaheim.
