DAVIS PITTSBURG, May 9—All aliens in the United States should be registered as a measure of safety, said Secretary of Labor Davis, speaking at a Moose testimonial banquet in his honor. "It is time for us to register all aliens that we may know where they are," he said. "The Communist group among them is well organized. They do not come here to learn the principles of our government, but to throw this government. We must adopt a system of education to offset this Communistic propaganda."
