EE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIL OF THE CITY OF PARK:
1. That, pursuant to the afons of the "Annexation of habited Territory Act of petition signed by owner less than one-fourth of the range, was filed with the City of Buena Park on the 10th day of June, 1955, in annexation of the herein described territory to said O said territory which said era request be annexed to Buena Park and which its Council propose to the City of Buena Park in California, hereby de Orange Avenue Annexation and described on the attribution hibit which exhibit in this resolution and part hereof.

and directed to cause a copy of this resolution to be published at least twice, but not oftener than once a week, in the Buena Park News, a newspaper of general circulation published in City of Buena Park, the City to which it is proposed to annex the aforesaid territory, and also in the Anaeim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation puissance outside of the City of Buena Park, but in the county of Orange, California, the county authorized and directed cause written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to each person to whom land within the territory proposed to be annexed is assessed in the last equalized county assessment roll available on the date above said proceedings were initiated, at the addresses shown on said assessment roll or known to said Clerk, and to any person who has tiled his name and address and the designation of the lapis in which he has an interest, either legal or equitable, with said Clerk, such notice taken may less than twenty (20) days before the first public hearing on the proposed annexation;
And in the event any land within the territory proposed to be annexed is owned by county one said City Clerk is directed to cause written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to the board of Supervisors of such county, such notice not less than twenty (20) days before the first public hearing upon such proposed annexation;
And in the event there is upon the land proposed to be annexed said City Clerk a structural improvement owned, being acquired or leased by a county fire protection district, the said Clerk is directed to cause written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to any building body of such district, such notice not less than ten (10) days before the first public hearing upon such proposed annexation;
And tee said City Clerk is directed to cause written notice to be given to such other persons as may be legally entitled thereto, in the manner required by law.

That, pursuant to the provisions of the "Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939", a petition signed by owners of not less than one-fourth of the land on the hereinafter described territory by area and by assessed value is shown on the last equalized assessment roll of County of Orange, was filed with the Council of the City of Buena Park on the 9th day of June, 1955, requesting annexation of the hereinafter described territory to said City; that said territory which said petition request be annexed to the City of Buena Park and which said City and its Council propose to annex to the City of Buena Park is situated in the County of Orange, State of California, hereby designated, Orange Avenue Annexation No. 1", which Exhibit is included in this resolution and made a part hereof.
2. That the County Boundary Commission of Orange County, California, did in session duly assembled on the 16th day of May, 1955, report on the proposed annexation.
