That, pursuant to the provisions of the "Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939", a petition signed by owners of not less than one-fourth of the land on the hereinafter described territory by area and by assessed value is shown on the last equalized assessment roll of County of Orange, was filed with the Council of the City of Buena Park on the 9th day of June, 1955, requesting annexation of the hereinafter described territory to said City; that said territory which said petition request be annexed to the City of Buena Park and which said City and its Council propose to annex to the City of Buena Park is situated in the County of Orange, State of California, hereby designated, Orange Avenue Annexation No. 1", which Exhibit is included in this resolution and made a part hereof. 2.
