SUNDAY
BREAKFAST:

Stuffed pork chops • Creamed new potatoes

STUFFED PORK CHOPS
4 double rib pork chops ½ c. finely diced celery
1 c. fresh Weber's bread crumbs 2 tsp. melted fat Flour
¼ tsp. poultry seasoning Milk
1¼ tsp. salt
Have pocket for dressing made on inside of each chop, with opening between two bones. Mix crumbs, seasonings, celery, fat. Stuff chops.
Place in shallow baking dish, sprinkle with flour.
Pour milk to about ½ inch, not covering chops.
Cover baking dish, bake in moderately slow oven (325°) about 2 hours. Remove cover for last half hour. Serves four.

3 Tbsp. softened butter
¾ c. orange marmalade
3 eggs, silight
3 Tbsp. frozen
¾ c. orange marmalade
Spread toast with butter, marmalate cubes, place in buttered baking dish with milk, juice, nutmeg. Pour over Bake in slow oven (300°) for 45 min firm. Serves 4.

DEVILED CHEESE TOASTWICH
8 slices buttered Weber's bread
4 Tbsp. deviled ham
4 slices American cheese
Make 4 sandwiches using 1 tbsp. ham, 1 slice cheese for each. Beat eggs with milk. Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, coating both sides.
Brown sandwiches in small amount of hot shortening in skillet.

TOMATO RAREBIT ON TOAST
1 can cream of tomato soup 4-5 slices Weber's buttered cheese
1 tsp. salt 4-5 slices parsley bacon
Heat soup in double boiler. Stir in gravy salt, sugar. Serve immediately on toast with bacon.

Orange marmalade
1½ tsp. nutmeg

CELERY AND VEAL RING
2 c. diced, cooked veal (or pork)
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. soft Weber's Bread cubes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. hot gravy or milk
Combine all ingredients in order given, mix well. Bake in a greased 9” x 4” loaf pan in a moderate oven (350°F) for one hour. Serve with tomato sauce. Serves 4.

CHICKEN LOAF
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 c. diced cooked chicken
1½ c. soft Weber's Bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped pimenton
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
Strain rice, celery, chicken from soup. Combine with diced chicken; put through food chopper. Add strained soup and remaining ingredients mixture. Place in greased loaf pan, bake in moderate oven (350*) about 50 minutes or until firmer. Serves 4.

CORNED BEEF HASH AU GRATIN
¼ c. corned beef hash 1 tsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. catsup 1 c. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine 4 slices Weber's Bread, toasted on one side.
Saute onion in fat, add corned beef hash, catsup, heat well. Spread mixture on toasted side of bread. Sprinkle ¼ c. grated cheese on each. Toast in broiler until cheese melts.

SCALLOPED CORN AND CHEESE
1 egg, beaten ¼ tsp. salt
1 No.2 can cream style corn 1 c. soft Weber's Bread crumbs
1 c. milk ¼ c. grated sharp cheese
Pour egg into buttered casserole. Heat corn, milk gradually stir into beaten egg. Add salt, bread cheese, mix thoroughly. Bake in moderately slow oven (325°) for 30 mins. or until firm.

HAMBURGER-ONION PIE
¼ lb. ground beef 1 egg, beaten lightly
¼ lb. sausage 1½ tsp. salt
1 c. soft Weber's Bread crumbe 2 Tbsp. catsup
¼ c. milk 2 Tbsp. margarine
1 e. sliced onion
Combine all except last two ingredients. Melt
margarine in skillet, add sliced onion, saute just
until tender. Spread layer of meat mixture in pie
pan, add layer of onion, remaining meat mixture.
Score top wedge fashion. Bake in moderate 350°
oven about 1 hour.

BAKED EGGS
1½ c. grated American cheese
2 c. toasted Weber's Bread cubes
4 hard-cooked eggs, halved
Saute green pepper in a little butter or margarine, add diced pimiento, condensed mushroom soup. Stir while adding milk, cheese, 1½ cups toasted bread cubes. Arrange halved eggs in well-greased baking dish, pour sauce over eggs and top with remaining ½ cup toasted bread cubes. Bake in moderate oven (350°). Serves 4.

1 (7-ounce) can tuna ¼ c. milk
1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
4% c. grated American cheese
Alternate layers of bread cubes, tuna, and cheese in grassed baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over all. Bake in moderate (350*) oven for 45 mins. Serves 4-5.
