DOUBLE S&H GREEN STAMPS WITH THIS AD LEGAL NOTICE BCHOOL BOND ELECTION NOTICE Notice is hereby given to the qualified electors of Anahile School District of the County of Orange, State of California, that in accordance with law, an election will be held on the 16th day of June, 1954, in said District, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A.M., and 7:00 o'clock P.M., during which period and between which hours the polls shall remain open, which election there will be superseded the question of issuing and selling bonds of said District by the amounts of 1,800,000.00 Dollars for the purpose of raising money for the following purposes: (a) The purchasing of school lots. (b) The building or purchase of school buildings. (c) The making of alterations or additions to the school building or buildings other than such that may be necessary for current maintenance, operation, or repairs. (d) The repairing, restoring or rebuilding of any school building damaged, injured, or destroyed by fire or other public calamity. (e) The supplying of where buildings with furniture or not essential apparatus of a permanent nature. (f) The permanent improvement of the school grounds. All of the foregoing purposes enumerated herein are hereby united and shall be voted upon as one single proposition. Sale bonds proposed to be issued and sold shall bear interest at rate of not exceeding five per cent per annum; payable annually for the first year the bonds have run, and semi-annually thereafter. The number of years the bond or any series thereof, are to run shall not exceed 25 years from the date thereof on the date of such series thereof. For the purpose of holding sale election, the School District shall be and it is hereby divided into nine (9) Bond Election Precincts numbered from 1 to 9 consecutively as hereinafter described; and the person responsible for conducting competent and qualified elections of said School District, and on their respective Bond Election Precincts are hereby appointed officers of election, as hereinafter designated, to serve in their respective Bond Election Precincts, as hereinafter set forth; and said Officer of Election shall conduct said election and make returns thereof pursuant to law.
