An answer to a question from the Independent President Coons emphased that the school building program being contemplated by our ward for the elementary school children of Anaheim has been planned to build the same facilisms that the people of Anaheim have provided for their children in the past twenty-five years— here are no planned "frills." He pressed, also, that the anticipated stmt to the average Anaheim homener would be about fifteen cents per week. None of the funds provided by this bond issue can legally be used to pay for curriculum materials or to pay salaries of any school personnel. The money must be used only for building classrooms and school facilities.
